VoIP call
Each group of colleagues is provided with a new landline telephone number from their area. If the group already has a telephone number then it is interconnected with our service and the group is exempt from any other telecommunication costs, for example phone bills. When the customer calls the headline number, the service connects the customer with the driver entitled to the call, and together they arrange the route details.
The service and the way of assigning the call is adjusted according to the needs of the group of drivers. The service, for example, can forward calls to the area closest to the customer, to the market, or even to returning vehicles. The exact functionality and the way the team of the drivers wants the service to work is a product of communication. Our scientific team records the needs of each team and implements them to the system.
If the driver talks to the customer, the service asks the driver to choose whether the call was about a route or not. In case the phone call was about general information, the driver retains his position.
